If there’s an issue and you want to return the product we ask you to notify us of any problems within 7 business days of the receipt of your order. We reserve the right to fully investigate claims that we believe may be fraudulent and/or unfounded. We do not issue refunds but depending on the issue we may provide a product replacement. In no event will any replacement constitute an admission of any kind by Effi Foods.

For Contiguous US (48 States):
We ship orders using USPS Parcel Select Ground and Priority Mail Services and UPS Ground Services. Expedited shipping is also available at an additional cost.
For Non-Contiguous US (Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico):
Shipping cost is determined by the standard rates of your preferred carrier.
We are proud to offer free ground shipping for orders over $49 shipped within the Contiguous US. In order to qualify for free shipping, you must have $49 or more of product in your cart. At this time, we do not offer free shipping to the Non-Contiguous US. Shipping carrier is determined by EFFi Foods at the time of shipping based on the end destination.
Effi Foods ships internationally via UPS Worldwide Select and 3 Day Select Services, via USPS Priority Mail International. Additional shipping fees may apply to international shipments.

After your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number and an indication of which shipping service was used. We do not require signatures upon receipt and we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
